I first tasted this cake at my Mother-in-laws. It was so delicious, I was sure it was an extra difficult recipe to follow. How happy was I when she showed me the recipe, and it involved a white cake mix and Pistachio pudding mix. The girls made this for family friends who came over for supper. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful evening.
